Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start time forfeit the full deposit. Deposit funds are also applied to charges if a vehicle is returned late, unclean, or damaged. To change dates or cancel, use Manage a reservation or email us with your confirmation code.
A valid U.S. driver's license, minimum age 21, proof of your own auto insurance (full coverage preferred), and a major credit card in the renter's name. All drivers must be present to sign at pickup.
A refundable security deposit ($300, or $400 for ages 21–25, or 25% of the rental — whichever is greater) is collected at booking and returned after the vehicle is inspected, minus any applicable fees.
Choose Sauk Rapids, MN (our lot) or the Brainerd, MN Airport for both pickup and return when you book — you can pick up and return at different locations.
Yes. Daily rentals include a 100‑mile radius cap from the pickup location. Vehicles may not be taken out of state without our prior consent, and approved out‑of‑state travel requires an additional deposit. Vehicles may not be taken into Mexico. Contact us before booking if you need a longer trip.
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking (a $350 deep-cleaning fee plus loss-of-use applies to smoke or vape odor). Vehicles are for personal use only and may not be used for any for-hire, ride-share, or peer-to-peer service such as Uber, Lyft, or Turo.
Return the vehicle clean, at the same fuel level, and on time to get your full deposit back. Otherwise: excessive cleaning $150, fuel $50 + fuel, late return $75 plus the daily rate, and a lost key/fob charge ($150–$350) if keys aren't returned. See Fees & policies above for the full list.
