4ENVO ships to youDirect to your door. We register your warranty and handle any warranty claim or parts order with ENVO for you.
Deposit terms: Deposit is applied to your final invoice and is fully refundable until you approve your final invoice and we place your order with ENVO. The balance, plus freight and sales tax, is due before your unit ships.

Warranty & returns
Every new unit is covered by the ENVO Limited Warranty. Example coverage on ENVO e-bikes:

| Battery pack | 60 months or 300 charge cycles: full coverage for the first 12 months, then pro-rated |
| Wear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains) | Not covered; report any defect on arrival within 7 days |
Returns follow ENVO's policy: new, unused units in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with a return authorization. Restocking fees of 10–15% may apply and return freight is paid by the buyer. Demo and pre-owned units are final sale. Coverage varies by product; see ENVO's full warranty terms.
